We are a team of Registered Counsellors offering services to individuals and couples. We work from a number of different modalities focussed on Attachment, Somatic Practice, Trauma and Relational Frameworks.

I am the Clinical Director of Shift Counselling and Registered Professional Counsellor and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with over 15 years experience working with couples, individuals and families. I work within the framework of Somatic Experiencing, Attachment based counselling, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Family Systems Theory.
